notes on upcoming November 2013
- there are layers or levels of government or non-government organizations
- each has their own authority chains
- people have to balance these things
- a person's pet projects don't matter to most folks
- it is hard to believe in god(s) without massive proof
- faith is a hard thing to sustain
What about a situation where God(s) are or become active?
This could result in massive activities of lawyers, accountants, holy (wo)men.
Characters (so far):
- A high level Monk. Monks are supposed to be ascetic but my Monk is going to have a wife and kids on the side.
- A senior Assassin who was one of the Monk's teachers and co-teacher of
- A young thief who is in training to be an Assassin.
- The Monk's wife, who started out as a Monk and switched to Magic User and is a powerful Mage.
- My original version had three groups meeting at some event and giving the event from each of the three points of view. This will take considerable thought.
Tine to take a break as the bums in the House have just ended a Republican Caucus with members that may or may not have actually done their jobs. Still, I don't see any reason to feel nice to the jokers who shutdown the government because they had the fantasy of being able to get President to sign off on defunding Obamacare. Like that could have happened...
